## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT REPORTED THE GLASAIR SH II S (AMATEUR BUILT) AIRCRAFT, N14WQ, WAS LOSING FUEL PRESSURE AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY ON THE HIGHWAY WITHOUT ANY INJURIES TO THE PILOT AND NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT FUEL FILTER WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FROM THE HIGHWAY WITH THE CHP STOPPING TRAFFIC FOR 5 MINUTES. THE PILOT ADVISED SHERIFF'S DISPATCH IN BULLHEAD CITY, ARIZONA THAT HE HAD ARRIVED AT THE BULLHEAD CITY AIRPORT AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS OPERATING NORMALLY. THIS MATTER IS CONSIDERED CLOSED AND THE PILOT WILL SUBMIT A M OR D REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
