(-23) PILOT WAS MAKING A SPRAY PASS ON A FIELD AND BECAME CONFUSED AS TO HIS POSITION RELATIVE TO THE PREVIOUSLY NOTED WIRE CROSSING THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD. AS PILOT STARTED TO PULL UP HE STRUCK THE WIRE. THE PROPELLER WAS DAMAGED, PILOT MADE EMERGENCY LANDING IN SOFT FIELD, AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER.
