(-23) PILOT WAS DEPARTING ON RUNWAY 29. AS THE TAIL ROSE THE PILOT LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY STRIKING THE PAPI LIGHT CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT.
