## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB ANC01LA140](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/ANC01LA140), Sep 10, 2001: Rans S-7 (N4012H), Chugiak, AK, substantial damage. Probable cause: The pilot's inadvertent stall of the airplane during takeoff.

## Other reports on N4012H (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19960908026309A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19960908026309A), Sep 8, 1996: Amtr RANSS7 (N4012H), Anchorage, AK, Substantial damage. First flight in type with owner on board. Bounced porpoised landing. Lost control veered into parked aircraft.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
