THE DUAL STUDENT HELD A PRIVATE PILOT CERTIFICATE WITH A SINGLE ENGINE LAND AIRPLANE RATING. THE 14 CFR PART 91 INSTRUCTIONAL FLIGHT WAS OPERATING IN VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS AND WAS NOT ON A FLIGHT PLAN. THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR AND DUAL STUDENT WERE NOT INJURED. AIRCRAFT SPUNT TO THE RIGHT AND CAME TO REST PAST MIDFIELD. DURING AN INTERVIEW WITH THE PILOT SEVERAL DAYS AFTER THE ACCIDENT, HE STATED THAT HE HAD ALL THREE LANDING GEAR INDICATORS IN THE GREEN PRIOR TO LANDING. MECHANICS FROM NORTH AMERICAN JET, INC. WHO REMOVED THE WRECKAGE, STATED THAT THE RIGHT AND NOSE LANDING GEAR WERE NOT COMPLETELY DOWN AND LOCKED, ONLY THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. AFTER PICKING THE AIRCRAFT UP, THE LANDING GEAR WAS EXTENDED AND THREE GREEN INDICATIONS WERE NOTED. THE LANDING GEAR WAS PHYSICALLY CLAMPED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS MOVED TO A MAINTENANCE HANGAR.
