## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON TAKE-OFF, AT ROTATION, THE RIGHT INBD TIRE FAILED. PIECES OF TIRE EXITED THE WHEEL WEL THROUGH THE UPPER WING SKIN, BREAKING OUT A PIECE OF THE CARBON FIBER SKIN MATERIAL. UPON LANDING, PIECES OF TIRE RUPTURED A HYDRAULIC BRAKE LINE. AN AFTER LANDING INVESTIGATION REVEALED ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT SIDE FUSELAGE FAIRING AND INBOARD SIDE OF THE RIGHT ENGINE NACELLE. THE AIRCRAFT WEIGHT AT LANDING WAS 19250 LBS, WITH 2000 LBS OF FUEL ONBOARD.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
