## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N7470B EXPERIENCED SUDDEN POWER LOSS WHILE ON DOWNWIND LEG TO RUNWAY 31 AT KPRB. UNABLE TO RESTART THE ENGINE AND UNABLE TO GLIDE TO EITHER RUNAY 31 OR RUNWAY 2 THE PILOT ELECTED TO LAND BETWEEN THE RUNWAYS IN AN AREA THAT HAD BEEN PLOWED. THE BOUNCES ON THE ROUGH SURFACE, SLOWED AND NOSED OVER BEFORE STOPPING. THE PILOT WAS UNINJURED. THE AIRPLANE RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE TO LEFT WING TIP AND VERTICAL STABILIZER CAPS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
