## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT, CO-PILOT, AND PASSENGER WERE ABOARD AIRCRAFT, PREFLIGHT WAS COMPLETE. PILOT STARTED RIGHT ENGINE AND DURING THE START OF LEFT ENGINE NOTICED THE AIRCRAFT WAS MOVING. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO STOP AIRCRAFT BY STEPPING ON BRAKE PEDALS BUT GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. CO-PILOT ALSO TRIED TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT WITH HIS BRAKE PEDALS, NOTHING HAPPENED. THE AIRCRAFT'S RIGHT WING STRUCK A FUEL TRUCK CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO PIVOT AROUND AND HIT THE DORSAL FIN OF A LEAR 60, N616LJ. THE CREW IMMEDIATELY EVACUATED THE PASSENGER AND DURING THE SHUT DOWN THE PILOT NOTICED THE BRAKE CONTROL CIRCUIT WAS POPPED OUT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
