(-23) MR. BROWN WAS RECEIVING DUAL INSTRUCTION FROM MR. RATTENBURY AT THE TIME. MR. RATTENBURY, A CFI, WAS AT THE CONTROLS OF THE AIRCRAFT AND LANDED ON RUNWAY 03L GEAR-UP. MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT, NO INJURIES.
