(-23) AFTER TAKE OFF ACFT HAD POWER FAILURE. PILOT FLEW BY TOWER AND CONFIRMED ALL GEAR DOWN. ACFT LANDED AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. MINOR DAMAGE TO NOSE GEAR DOORS AND PROP TIPS BENT AFT. NO INJURIES.
