(-23) SOLO STUDENT PILOT DURING LANDING ATTEMPT HAD A HARD LANDING THAT DAMAGED THE NOSE GEAR. AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON THE RUNWAY. INCIDENT NUMBER IEA092002001. NO INJURIES. THIS INVESTIGATION CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.
