## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT HAD A LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN THE PIPER SUPER CUB, WHICH HAS "HEEL BRAKES." THE HUSKY HE WAS FLYING HAD "TOE BRAKES". ACCORDING TO THE PILOT, UPON LANDING HE WENT TO ADD RUDDER AND INADVERTENTLY HIT THE "TOE BRAKES", CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO GROUNDLOOP, AND THE RIGHT WINGTIP TO STRIKE THE GROUND. THE RIGHT WINGTIP RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE. NO INJURIES. RECOMMEND 44709 REEXAM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
