## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) IAW TELEPHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE PILOT (RAY T. HICKS), HE WAS CLEARED FOR A TOUCH & GO USING RWY 36. DURING THE ROLL FOLLOWING THE LANDING, THE ACFT WAS PUSHED (BLOWN, LIFTED) TO THE FRONT RIGHT QUARTER. HE CORRECTED BUT, THE ACFT WENT TO THE LEFT AND OFF THE RWY INTO THE GRASS AREA. WHILE ON THE GRASS AREA, HE APPLIED POWER TO GET THE ACFT BACK TO THE RWY. ONCE THE ACFT WAS BACK ON THE RWY, HE THEN TAXIED TO THE FBO (FLINT AVIATION SERVICES, INC.). AT THE FBO, DAMAGE THE RH WING TIP FAIRING AND PROP BLADES (BOTH TIPS BENT BACKWARDS) WAS OBSERVED. IT HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED WHERE (RWY OR GRASS AREA) THE ACFT DAMAGES WERE SUSTAINED DURING THE PERIOD OF TIME THAT THE PILOT MISMANAGED THE CONTROLS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
