(-23) DURING THE LANDING THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED DURING BRAKE APPLICATION. UPON VISUAL INSPECTION IT APPEARED THAT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR ROD END BROKE AT THE LOCK-NUT ADJUSTMENT.
