UPON INSPECTION, A "B" NUT ON AN OIL LINE TO THE PROPELLER GOVERNOR WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING OIL. REPAIRS WERE ACCOMPLISHED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. THE AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF FROM THE RANCH ROAD AND LANDED SAFELY AT SJT WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. A MALFUNCTION OR DEFECT REPORT 8010-4, WILL BE SUBMITTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
