## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE MARGINABLE DUE TO THE GUSTING WINDS AND THE ADJACENT TERRAIN. THE PILOT HAD COMPLETED TWO TRIPS AND WAS DEPARTING TO COMPLETE HIS LAST. A HEAVY SNOW SQUALL HAD JUST PAST, LEAVING MORE SLUSH AND STANDING WATER ON THE RUNWAY. DURING THE TAKE-OFF ROLL, AT APPROXIMATELY 40 TO 50 KNOTS, THE AIRCRAFT STARTED PULLING HARD TO THE RIGHT IN THE SLUSH. THE PILOT DECIDED TO ABORT THE TAKE-OFF. THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY THROUGH A SNOW BERM. THE NOSE WHEEL ATTACHMENT BULKHEAD WAS BENT. THERE WAS NOT OTHER DAMAGE. THE NOSE WHEEL ITSELF WAS NOT DAMAGED.
