## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT 35,000 FEET AFTER DEPARTING NASSAU, BAHAMAS, ENROUTE TO LAGUARDIA, NEW YORK, THE CAPTAIN OBSERVED THE COCKPIT PRESSURIZATION LIGHT COME ON. THE CAPTAIN DIVERTED TO THE RICHMOND INT'L AIRPORT (RIC), VIRGINIA, AND LANDED ON RUNWAY 34. THE ARFF RESPONDED, AND THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE FORWARD CARGO DOOR SEAL HAD FAILED. ALSO OBSERVED WERE SEVERAL OXYGEN MASKS THAT DID NOT DEPLOY PROPERLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
