## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT IN COMMAND MICHAEL KELLY PRATT AND ONE PASSENGER DEPARTED MSA AT APPROXIMATELY 1730 CDT ENROUTE TO F39 ON A 14 CFR 91 PLEASURE FLIGHT. SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE THE ENGINE LOST ALMOST ALL POWER. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE FUEL PRESSURE INDICATION WAS ALMOST ZERO EVEN WITH THE ELECTRIC BOOST PUMP TURNED ON. THE PILOT MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING IN A PASTURE FIVE MILES NORTHWEST OF MSA. THERE WAS NO APPARENT DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
