## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING TAKE-OFF ROLL ON A SALES DEMONSTRATION FLIGHT WITH THE PROSPECTIVE BUYER OPERATING THE CONTROLS, ALL THREE OF THE AIRCRAFT LANDING GEARS RETRACTED AT APPROXIMATELY 60 MPH AFTER CRESTING A SMALL RISE IN THE RUNWAY. MR. BROOKSBY WAS THE PILOT IN COMMAND AND REPORTED THAT NEITHER PILOT HAD RAISED THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE. AFTER THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A STOP, BOTH PILOTS EXITED NORMALLY. THEY THEN RETURNED TO THE AIRCRAFT AND BOTH CONFIRMED THAT THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS STILL IN THE DOWN POSITION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
