## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JUNE 1, 2002 AT FLYING CLOUD AIRPORT, MINNEAPOLIS MN. AT APPROXIMATELY 1415 LOCAL, AIRCRAFT N86578 LANDED ON RUNWAY 27R. DURING THE LANDING PROCESS THE LEFT MAIN LANDING DEPARTED THE AIRCRAFT. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST OFF THE RUNWAY APPROXIMATELY 180 DEGREES FROM THE DIRECTION OF LANDING RESTING ON THE LEFT WING. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER, BELLY SKIN NEAR THE ATTACH POINT OF THE MAIN LANDING GEAR, AND THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
