## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) STUDENT WAS PRACTICING TOUCH AND GO'S WITH INSTRUCTOR. 3RD LANDING, LANDED HARD ON NOSE, INSTRUCTOR TOOK OVER CONTROLS. INSTRUCTOR STATED DID NOT FEEL ANY UNUSUAL VIBRATIONS OR ANY OTHER ABNORMALITIES, AND CONTINUED TO FLY. STUDENT MADE THREE MORE TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS WITHOUT INCIDENT. DURING RE-FUELING AND POST FLIGHT INSPECTION, DISCOVERED ABOUT 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH OF TIPS OF PROPELLER SLIGHTLY BENT, AND COULD SEE FRESH SCRAPE MARKS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
