## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE FLIGHT'S PURPOSE WAS TO TRAIN A NEW PILOT IN THE LEAR 35A FOR A PART 135 AIR CARRIER. UPON LANDING, THE PILOT DEPLOYED THRUST-REVERSERS. THE COMPANY INSTRUCTOR DIRECTED THAT A TOUCH AND GO BE INITIATED. THE THRUST-REVERSERS HAD NOT FULLY STOWED WHEN THE PILOT BROUGHT THE ENGINES UP TO TAKE OFF POWER. A THRUST DIFFERENTIAL CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO EXIT THE R/W INTO THE GRASS CAUSING DAMAGE.
