## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PIC REPORTED THAT HE WAS LANDING ON RUNWAY 20 WITH A SMALL CROSSWIND, APPROX. 5-8 KNOTS. HE STATED THAT AFTER TOUCHDOWN THE AIRCRAFT (CE-180K, N2801K) TOUCHED DOWN ON THE RIGHT WHEEL AND RIGHT WING WENT LOW. THE PIC APPLIED FULL POWER IN AN EFFORT TO CORRECT THIS SITUATION, HOWEVER THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED TO THE LEFT, DRAGGING THE RIGHT WING ON THE GROUND. THE RIGHT WING AND AILERON CONTACTED THE RUNWAY SURFACE, RESULTING IN A GROUNDLOOP SITUATION AND CAUSING SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING AND AILERON. THE PIC STATED THAT HE HAD A LOSS OF CONTROL SITUATION THAT RESULTED IN THIS GROUNDLOOP.
