## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON RUNWAY 27 AT PORTAGE COUNTY AIRPORT (29G). THE EXACT TOUCHDOWN POINT WAS UNDETERMINED. TIRE MARKS ON THE RUNWAY SHOW THAT THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY APPROXIMATELY 135 FEET FROM WHERE THE TIRE MARKS BEGIN, THE AIRCRAFT THEN TRAVELED OVER A HARD, DRY GRASSY AREA. THE AIRCRAFT REACHED THE CROSSOVER TAXIWAY AND APPEARS TO BECOME AIRBORNE AGAIN. THE AIRCRAFT THEN CAME DOWN ON IT'S NOSE LANDING GEAR APPROXIMATELY 577 FEET FROM THE INITIAL TIRE MARKS AND ROLLED ONTO THE AIRCRAFT'S BACK, COMING TO REST WITH THE LANDING GEAR FACING TOWARD THE SKY.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
