## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CHI02FA237](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CHI02FA237), Aug 7, 2002: Beech 95-A55 (N13MS), Festus, MO, destroyed, 1 fatal. Probable cause: The pilot's lack of recent experience and his failure to maintain adequate airspeed which resulted in a stall and collision with the ground. The pilot's failure to execute a go-around was a factor.

## Other reports on N13MS (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19910703033539I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19910703033539I), Jul 3, 1991: Beech 95A55 (N13MS), Salt Lake City, UT. Engine quit on landing rollout. Caught fire on restart. Extinguished. Replaced fuel line.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
