## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT DEPARTED APA AND FLEW TO FRONT RANGE AIRPORT FOR TRAINING. THE OWNER WAS IN THE REAR SEAT AND THE INSTRUCTOR (CHRIS BASORE) WAS IN THE FRONT SEAT. ON TOUCH DOWN THE AIRCRAFT WAS SLIGHTLY TAIL HIGH AND BOUNCED APPROXIMATELY SIX INCHES. THE STUDENT ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO TURN RIGHT AND BANK LEFT DURING THE BOUNCE. THE INSTRUCTOR FOLLOWED ON WITH THE CONTROLS, BUT AS THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN FOR THE SECOND TIME IT SWERVED HARD RIGHT AND BEGAN TO GROUND LOOP. THE INSTRUCTOR APPLIED FULL LEFT RUDDER AND BRAKE, BUT THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT TURN. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY TO THE RIGHT AND DRAGGED THE LEFT WING TIP, THEN TURNED LEFT AND DRAGGED THE RIGHT WING. AIRCRAFT WENT UP ON IT'S NOSE AND CAME TO REST ON IT'S PROPELLER AND MAIN GEAR.
