## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING ENGINE START, ENGINE ACCELERATED RAPIDLY TO EXCESSIVE RPM. A/C WAS PARKED PARALLEL TO UNOCCUPIED MAULE, A/C BEGAN TO MOVE FORWARD, BRAKES APPLIED, LH BRAKE WAS LOCKED (FROM EVIDENCE IN GRASS/DIRT) WHILE RH WHEEL CONTINUED TO ROTATE. A/C MADE A LH 180 TURN AND STRUCK THE MAULE. BEECH RH WING TIP HIT MAULE PROP, THEN BEECH PROP HIT MAULE RH WING TIP DAMAGING THE SPAR. THERE WAS NO POST IMPACT FIRE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
