(-23) AFTER COMPLETING A CROSS COUNTRY FLIGHT THE PILOT LANDED AND RAN OFF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY DUE TO A CROSSWIND AND HIS INATTENTION. HE STRUCK A RUNWAY LIGHT AND THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE WHEEL PANTS.
