(-23) THE PILOT STATED THAT THERE WAS A WINDSHEAR UPON LANDING AND CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO SWERVE OFF THE RUNWAY. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE PROPELLER.
