## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 10-06-02, A LAKE RENEGADE (LA-4) AIRCRAFT (N84219) LANDED AT THE OSWEGO CO AIRPORT IN FULTON NY WITH THE NOSE LANDING GEAR NOT FULLY EXTENDED. THE AIRCRAFT HAD DEPARTED FROM THE WATER AT "TULLY LAKE" ON A VFR FLIGHT IN VMC CONDITIONS TO THE OSWEGO CO AIRPORT. ON APPROACH TO THE AIRPORT, THE PIC STEVEN RICHARD DULASKY EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR AND NOTED THAT THE MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN BUT FAILED TO NOTE THAT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR WAS FULLY EXTENDED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE LOWER FORWARD FUSELAGE AND NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS WHEN THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST WITH THE NOSE WHEEL NOT FULLY EXTENDED. NO PERSON WAS INJURED AS A RESULT OF THE INCIDENT. NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
