## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT STATED THAT JUST PRIOR TO TOUCH DOWN THE AIRCRAFT BALLOONED UP A COUPLE OF TIMES. THE PILOT LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON THE RUNWAY AND APPLIED THE BRAKES. THE MLG WHEELS HIT THE TOP OF THE FENCE CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO IMPACT THE GROUND. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO ROLL UNTIL THE RIGHT WING IMPACTED A TREE AND EVENTUALLY THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO A REST ON A GOLF COURSE.
