## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) MR. JOURNEY WAS THE PILOT IN COMMAND AND OWNER OF N55SP WHEN THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED ON NOVEMBER 9, 2002. MR. JOURNEY STATED HIS APPROACH AND LANDING AT CLINTON WERE NORMAL WITH FAIRLY STRONG CROSSWINDS FROM THE LEFT. HE BELIEVES HE HAD SELECTED FULL FLAPS FOR THE APPROACH. HE HAD NO ABNORMAL LANDING GEAR INDICATIONS ON THE APPROACH. DURING THE LANDING ROLL, THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR AND THE NOSE GEAR FOLDED CAUSING HIM TO SLIDE TO A STOP. THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST ON BOTH INBOARD LANDING GEAR DOORS WITH THE NOSE GEAR FULY RETRACTED. THE FLAPS WERE RETRACTED AND NOT DAMAGED. INCIDENT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ IS CONSIDERED CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
