## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT REPORTED THAT HE HAD LOST CONTROL OF HIS AIRCRAFT DURING A TOUCH AND GO MANEUVER AT THE LIVERMORE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT. THE PILOT COMMENTED THAT INSTEAD OF LANDING THE AIRCRAFT ON ITS REAR TAIL WHEEL HE HAD INSTEAD LANDED THE AIRCRAFT ON ITS MAIN WHEELS CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO BOUNCE. PILOT REPORTED THAT FOLLOWING THE BOUNCE HIS AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT INTO THE WIND. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED A GO AROUND AND APPLIED FULL POWER THIS WAS THE POINT "ACCORDING TO HIS STATEMENT" WHEN THE AIRCRAFT'S LEFT WING STRUCK THE GROUND TURNING THE PLANE IN THE DOWN WIND DIRECTION. THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO KEEP THE AIRCRAFT AIRBORNE BUT CUT POWER TO THE AIRCRAFT ENGINE AFTER CROSSING TWO TAXIWAYS. THE AIRCRAFT THEN LANDED ON A RAMP/TIE DOWN AREA ADJACENT TO THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AND AIRPORT TERMINAL. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE APPLIED THE AIRCRAFT LEFT BRAKE TO AVOID IMPACTING A CORPORATE JET. THE BRAKING ACTION RESULTED IN THE RIGHT WING IMPACTING THE GROUND. PILOT COMMENTED THAT "IT WAS 100% PILOT ERROR." THERE WAS ONE PASSENGER ABOARD THE AIRCRAFT. NEITHER PARTY WAS INJURED.
