(-23) PILOT WAS TAXIING AIRCRAFT FOR TAKEOFF. WHILE MANEUVERING BETWEEN A FENCE AND ANOTHER AIRCRAFT THE PILOT COLLIDED WITH FENCE. NO INJURIES AND MINOR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT.
