## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) AIRCRAFT RETURNING VFR FROM WASHINGTON, PA. ENROUTE TO HAMILTON, OH. AS THE AIRCRAFT APPROACHED CINCINNATI, THE PILOT CALLED CVG ATC AND REQUESTED ADVISORIES AND VECTORS OVER FOOTBALL STADIUM WITH A GAME IN PROGRESS. TFR FDC 2/0199 WAS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME BUT CVG ATC WAS NOT AWARE OF THE TFR, AS THEY WERE PROVIDING TRAFFIC ADVISORIES AND DAY FSS DID NOT ADVISE THE PILOT DURING THE BRIEF.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
