(-23) ON TAKEOFF ROLL THE MAIN GEAR TIRE FAILED AND THE AIRCRAFT BLOCKED A TAXIWAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 3-HOURS. AN SDR IS BEING FILED BY NORTH STAR AIR CARGO. NO FURTHER ACTION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS INCIDENT.
