## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT IN COMMAND WAS OPERATING THE AIRCRAFT FROM THE RIGHT SIDE PILOT SEAT WHEN PERFORMING A TAKEOFF FROM RUNWAY 22 AT THE GREENVILLE SPARTANBURG AIRPORT (GSP). HE REPORTED THAT DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL THE SEAT SLID AFT ON THE TRACK AND HE LOST CONTROL. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND CONTACTED SEVERAL RUNWAY LIGHTS. THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE RAMP. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE AND THE TWO PERSONS ON BOARD WERE NOT INJURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
