## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JAN. 6, 2003, AT 0053 UTC DURING LANDING IN RIFLE, CO (KRIL) THE AIRPLANE WAS NOT ABLE TO STOP WITHIN THE LENGTH OF THE RUNWAY AND IT ENDED UP APPROXIMATELY 160 FEET FROM THE END OF THE RUNWAY. ONLY DAMAGE NOTED WAS 4 MAIN TIRES. RUNWAY CONDITIONS WERE ICE, SNOW AND SLUSH. L/H THRUST REVERSER DID NOT DEPLOY AND BRAKING ACTION WAS REPORTED AS NIL. AFTER AIRCRAFT WAS MOVED BACK ON THE CEMENT, THE THRUST REVERSERS WERE CHECKED, AND PROPERLY DEPLOYED WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEMS. NOTE: MAIN GEAR BRAKE AND FURTHER THRUST REVERSER CHECKS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED PRIOR TO FERRY OF AIRCRAFT TO GULFSTREAM IN DALLAS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
