## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ABOUT HALF WAY DOWN THE ILS 13 APPROACH AT BATON ROUGE THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK A 65 FOOT GUY-LINE. THE PILOT STATED THAT ALL OF HIS INSTRUMENTS APPEARED TO BE NORMAL UNTIL HE CONTACTED THE GUY-LINE. ON IMPACT THE PILOT MADE AN IMMEDIATE HARD PULL-UP TO THE LEFT. THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS DAMAGED WHEN HE CONTACTED THE WIRE. ON THE SECOND ILS APPROACH THE PILOT MADE A NORMAL APPROACH AND A NORMAL LANDING. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
