THE PILOT STATED THAT INCIDENT WAS "THE RESULT OF LONGER THAN NORMAL LANDING WITH THE TOUCH DOWN AT APPROXIMATELY MID-FIELD". THE AIRCRAFT INVOLVED WAS A YAK-18A, N5199Y. THE AIRCRAFT HAD MINOR DAMAGE ALONG THE LEADING EDGES OF THE WINGS, NOSE COWL, AND LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE WEATHER WAS VFR AND THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT IN COMMAND OR THE PASSENGER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
