## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) MR. BULLINGTON WAS GIVING MR. SWEENEY A CHECK OUT IN THE XTRA-400 AIRCRAFT AT MEADOW LAKE AIRPORT. ON THE FINAL LANDING, THE PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT VEERED TO THE LEFT. IT IS BELIEVED THAT THE LEFT BRAKE MAY HAVE LOCKED, PULLING THE AIRCRAFT TO THE LEFT. APPROACHING THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY THE NOSE GEAR CONTACTED A DRIFT OF SNOW AND COLLAPSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
