## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE CESSNA 172 WAS STC'D INTO A TEXAS TAIL DRAGGER (TAIL WHEEL INSTALLED). THE WINDS AT KEENE WERE 260 AT 30 GUSTING. THE PILOT ELECTED TO LAND ON RUNWAY 32. THE PILOT STATED THAT THE WINDS WERE VERY GUSTY NEAR THE GROUND AND HE LANDED THE AIRCRAFT SUCCESSFULLY. WHILE ROLLING TO A STOP, THE AIRCRAFT WAS HIT BY A GUST OF WIND LIFTING THE TAILWHEEL WHEEL AND RESULTING IN A PROP STRIKE ON THE RUNWAY AND DAMAGE TO THE LOWER COWLING. NO INJURIES TO THE PILOT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
