(-23) TWO AIRCRAFT MOVING ON THE RAMP IN CLOSE PROXIMITY. JET BLAST FROM A FALCON JET TILTED A CESSNA 172 CAUSING A PROP STRIKE AND WING DAMAGE. THE 172 WAS TAXIING TO A REFUELING POINT AND WAS NOT DEPARTING FOR A FLIGHT.
