## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DEPARTING RUNWAY 22 AT BOLTON FIELD (TZR) THE PILOT, MR. KUEBLER, ADVANCED POWER AND ACCORDING TO THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR, MR. ELLETT, THE TAKE-OFF SEEMED NORMAL. AS THE AIRCRAFT APPROACHED TAKE-OFF SPEED IT STARTED TO VEER TO THE RIGHT. THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR TOOK THE CONTROLS IN AN ATTEMPT TO RECOVER THE AIRCRAFT. THE INSTRUCTOR WAS UNABLE TO RECOVER AND REDUCED POWER AS THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE TO THE RUNWAY CENTERLINE. IN THE GROUND LOOP THAT ENSUED, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR WAS TORN FROM THE AIRCRAFT CAUSING THE PROPELLER AND LEFT WING TIP TO STRIKE THE GROUND, RESULTING IN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. AFTER TURNING OFF THE FUEL AND POWER, THE THREE PERSONS ONBOARD SAFELY EXITED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INJURY.
