## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) MR. KIRK STATED HE DEPARTED SOUTH PRAIRIE AIRSTRIP, AND WAS AIRBORNE FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES. DURING THE FLIGHT, HE COULD NOT GET THE AIRCRAFT OUT OF A LEFT TURN. HE STATED THIS CONDITION LED TO THE AIRCRAFT ROLLING LEFT, AND ENTERING AN INVERTED SPIN, FROM WHICH HE WAS ABLE TO RECOVER. HE DECIDED TO LAND THE AIRCRAFT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IN A NEARBY FIELD. DUE TO FENCES IN THE FIELD, HE STALLED THE AIRCRAFT AT A LOW ALTITUDE, WHICH CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO ROLL A SHORT DISTANCE ON THE GROUND, AND ENDED WITH THE AIRCRAFT GOING OVER ON IT'S BACK. SEE ATTACHED SHEET FOR FURTHER DETAILS.

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
