## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON APRIL 16, 2003, AT 12:16 PM LOCAL, AN E-90 KING AIR, N112SB, OWNED BY CPL CORPORATION, PILOTED BY MR. PHILLIP MILLER, A COMMERCIAL PILOT, SUFFERED A GEAR COLLAPSE ON TOUCH DOWN IN FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS. WITNESS ACCOUNTS SAY THERE WERE THREE GREEN LIGHTS AT TOUCH DOWN AND THE MAIN LANDING GEARS FOLDED UP. INSPECTION IS GOING ON AT THIS TIME AND WILL BE FOLLOWED UP ON.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
