## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) WRITTEN BY CLIFFORD WELLS, MECHANIC THE AIRCRAFT IS IN MY POSITION FOR MAINTENANCE. I HAD DONE SOME WORK ON THE AIRCRAFT AND WAS MOVING IT TO THE RAMP FOR TIE DOWN. THE OTHER AIRCRAFT HIT THE RIGHT HAND WINGTIP AND RIGHT HAND HORIZONTAL TAIL. THE OTHER PILOT TOLD ME THAT HE WAS LOOKING OFF TO THE RIGHT AT A PICKUP TRUCK WHICH WAS ON THE TAXIWAY AND WAS NOT WATCHING WHERE HE WAS GOING WHEN HE HIT THE AIRCRAFT WHICH I WAS IN. THE INCIDENT HAPPENED ABOUT 4:00 PM APRIL 25, 2003.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
