## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) N715AA, A B-727-223, BLEW ALL FOUR TIRES ON LANDING AT MIA, IT APPEARS NUMBER 3 TIRE LOCKED UP ON LANDING, CAUSING A CHAIN REACTION FAILURE OF THE REMAINING TIRES. THE CREW DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AT FAULT, BUT INVESTIGATION CONTINUES. NO INJURIES TO ANY ONE ON BOARD, BUT DAMAGE TO INBOARD FLAPS, GEAR DOORS, WHEELS AND BRAKES, AND NUMBER 1 AND 3 ENGINES HAD INGESTION DAMAGE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
