## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) JUMPER MARTIN SIDDELL JUMPED FROM SKY DIVE CITY AIRCRAFT AT AN ALTITUDE OF 13,500 FEET. HE DEPLOYED HIS PARACHUTE AT 3,000 FEET UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS. AT APPROXIMATELY 200 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND MR. SIDDELL WAS OBSERVED MAKING A TURN AND HIS PARACHUTE GOING INTO A TWIST. HE WAS OBSERVED TRYING TO KICK OUT OF THE TWIST HORIZONTAL TO THE GROUND AND SEVERAL SECONDS IMPACTED THE GROUND. PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. INVESTIGATION REVEALS ALL EQUIPMENT IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. MAIN CHUTE PACKED 5/11/03, RESERVE CHUTE PACKED 4/3/03.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
