## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON LAST PASS TO FINISH THE SPRAY LOAD, THE PILOT ALLOWED THE RIGHT WING BOOM TO BECOME ENTANGLED WITH THE WHEAT CROP CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO IMPACT THE GROUND. AT THE INITIAL IMPACT, THE AIRCRAFT PITCHED OVER CAUSING THE PROP TO IMPACT THE TERRAIN SPINNING THE AIRCRAFT 90 DEGREES. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO SLIDE FOR APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET BEFORE IT TURNED ANOTHER 90 DEGREES COMING TO REST APPROXIMATELY 400 FEET FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT POINT AT 180 DEGREES FROM THE DIRECTION OF FLIGHT. THE PILOT, THE SOLE OCCUPANT, WAS NOT INJURED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED. DAMAGE CONSISTED OF THE PROPELLER, LEFT WING FLAP, ALL OF THE RIGHT WING, THE AFT FUSELAGE AND EMPENNAGE, THE VERTICAL STABILIZER, THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER, ELEVATOR AND RUDDER.
